Belleview Gardens

(June 4) The new May Centerville Village Plan has three roads from Broad Street to Three Chopt. Of the two roads that bracket Belleview, we don’t need both. Also, the Eastern-most road could easily curve away from Belleview backyards but no thought was given.

Neighborhood concerns include the effort to buy-up lots at the neighborhood’s Pamela Lane entrance, and a car dealership purchasing land to their South, up to Broad Street.

Heavy traffic making a U-turn, on Westbound Broad Street at Mills Road, makes making a left onto Broad difficult.

Since the plan has not a single park North of Broad Street, do you want a wooded park buffer?

Knocking doors, asking for ideas on how to save this neighborhood.
